Infrastructure
Temple:
Chairman believes that it is with the divine blessings of Lord Muruga that the educational trust is progressing well and caters to the needs of the rural population towards enhancement and betterment in their education. Every RVS Institution houses one of the Muruga temples and RVSETGI houses the abode of Thiruchendur Senthil Andavar where both staff and students pray and attain peace of mind. AS is told from time immemorial, Tamil Nadu abode of Lord Muruga, with 6 temple homes spread over the state, representing different periods and ages of Lord Muruga – “Subramania”. The chairman of RVS Educational Trust Dr. K. V. Kuppusamy is an ardent and pious devotee of Lord Muruga. Accordingly, he has constructed the six temple homes of the Lord, all in one place “Arupadai Veedu” at sulur, which has now become an important place of worship even for the common public visiting the industrial visit Coimbatore.
ATM:
- For the convenience of students and staff, there is an ATM counter of the ICICI Bank within the College premises.
- This makes it easy for them to meet routine expenses as well as contingencies
Cafeteria:
Part of the secret of success in life is to eat what you like and let the food fight it out inside. The management is happy to provide the cafeteria with an aesthetically built spacious food court in the campus. It provides a variety of hygienically prepared delicious South Indian food, Vegetarian, and soft drinks. It is a place for relaxation, refreshment and intellectual exchange of ideologies.
Hostel:
With a view to enhancing the residential atmosphere conducive to studies and overall personality development, the management has provided separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. Each hostel has a Warden who is responsible for the discipline, maintenance of building, allotment of rooms etc. A fully automatic domestic mineral water plant provides hygienic drinking water. Students, inmates of the hostel, enjoy good quality food provided at a reasonable cost.
Medical Centre:
The students and staff enjoy easy access to medical facilities at a dispensary situated near campus. Arrangements have been made to attend to any kind of emergency round the clock.
Transport:
More than 20 buses from the College help daily commuters travel to the college without difficulty. The buses are operated on a 70-km radius and bring in students from neighbouring Districts including Madurai, Palani, Natham, Oddanchachatram and Periyakulam. The charges for transportation are nominal and very affordable. The buses ply from various places to our college and the bus routes are as follows:
