The department’s mission is to advance, evolve and enhance computer science and computing engineering fundamentals to build the intellectual capital of students. Computer Science engineering deals with design, implementation, management of information system of both software and hardware processes. Computer Science is a scientific and practical approach to computation and its applications.

The Department has state of the art infrastructure and computing equipment supported by high speed internet 300 Mbps (1:1). This is a period of exciting growth and opportunity for the department, propelled by the top ranking it achieved recently. CSE has a vibrant student body of undergraduate and postgraduate students and a stellar faculty of professors and lecturers.

Course Breakup

I Year

Students learn the basics of engineering through papers on the Computer Programming, Engineering Mathematics and Programming and data Structures I which will enable them to have a solid foundation.

II Year :

The second year focuses on hiking their knowledge in Computing System through Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Database management Systems, Software Engineering, Programming and data Structures II.paper.

III Year :

Explains the basic knowledge representation, problem solving, and learning methods of Artificial Intelligence through Internet programming, Object oriented analysis and design, Theory of computation, Mobile Computing and compiler design papers.

IV Year :

The Final year paper concentrates on trekking their insight in present day inclines in correspondence framework through Mobile & pervasive computing, Cryptography &network security, User Interface Design, Computer Graphics, Grid and cloud computing papers from which the understudies can pick a profession after culmination of the course.
